What you’ll do
Join Vodafone IoT at a pivotal moment in its growth journey as we continue to transform how people, places, and things connect across the globe. As our IoT Strategic Programme Manager, you’ll lead high-impact programmes that drive innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement across our IoT business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders—including the CEO’s office—to deliver strategic initiatives that shape the future of IoT connectivity, from commercialisation and operating model evolution to mergers and acquisitions. Your work will directly influence how Vodafone IoT delivers smarter, more connected solutions to industries worldwide, helping us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Who you are

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 7–10 years’ experience in B2B or Carrier-to-Carrier environments, ideally in high-tech or telecoms
- Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programmes across international teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Confidence in presenting and negotiating at C-level, with excellent English communication skills
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement
- The ability to influence, engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in setting up governance structures and managing programme risks effectively
- A curious and inclusive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to collaboration and innovation
