Your Responsibilities
- Group Planning & Reporting: You drive group-wide operational planning processes, ensuring high-quality budget planning, forecasting, financial modeling, sensitivity studies, ad-hoc analyses, and executive board reporting.
- Stakeholder Alignment: You collaborate closely with country markets and group functions to align seamlessly on all strategic planning requirements.
- Management Presentations: You create and present high-impact reporting packages for management, board members, and shareholders containing consolidated actuals, planning data, and variance commentaries.
- Financials & Functional Costs: You take ownership of financial planning across the group, including direct oversight of cost planning for group functions.
- Intercompany Allocations: You manage and govern the intercompany cost allocation framework between group headquarters and local operating companies.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: University degree in Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on controlling.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in Group Controlling or Business Unit Controlling managing financial statements (P&L, cash flow) as well as business planning, analysis, and management reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with solid experience in process and performance management; familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, or similar planning tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong drive to shape, optimize, and continuously adapt processes and structures in a dynamic environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German (at least C1 level) and English (at least C1 level).
At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
