Your responsibilities: 

  • You are responsible for group-wide operational planning processes as well as the timely and high-quality budget planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the group companies and the supported local Tower Companies

  • You coordinate with local markets and group functions to ensure that all planning requirements are met

  • You create management presentations and present results, including reports for the Management Board and shareholders, featuring consolidated actual and planning data as well as variance analysis for the local markets and group entities

  • You are also responsible for the coordination, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of non-financial KPIs within the planning processes

  • You are responsible for KPI definition and reporting (both financial and non-financial)

  • You oversee the methodology and reporting for the group-wide incentive program

  • You perform sensitivity analyses and undertake ad-hoc analyses

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Controlling or Business Administration (with focus on Controlling)

  •  5-10 years of professional experience with sound knowledge of controlling, including relevant experience in planning, analysis, reporting, as well as process and performance management.

  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

  • Very good understanding of business models and drivers in telecommunications

  • Preferably experience in use of SAP, Anaplan and planning tools

  • Fluent English language skills (at least on level C1)
