Your contribution: 

  • Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, including the continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes

  • Development and enhancement of TowerCo-specific controlling structures, including interface management with other departments and Vodafone Group

  • Supporting management by creating transparency, advising the department head, and developing corrective actions in case of deviations

  • Leading projects and providing technical guidance, including cross-functional project management and mentoring less experienced colleagues

  • Risk and opportunity management through regular monitoring of Opex, ODC, and KPI developments, as well as deriving structural improvement measures

  • Strategic development of tools and processes, including the creation of new KPIs and ongoing adaptation to a dynamic business environment

 

What you bring:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the telecommunications industry

  • In-depth knowledge of controlling, accounting, and business project evaluation, including both commercial and technical aspects

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with strategic thinking, methodical competence, and confidence in working with numbers

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in building and maintaining relationships at management level

  • Independent, structured, and resilient working style, complemented by teamwork, quality awareness, and proactive decision-making

  • Business-fluent English skills, interdisciplinary thinking, and a strong business partnering mindset focused on enabling decision-making
