Personal Assistant to Managing Director Germany (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Are you an organisational talent and don't let yourself get rattled? You can set priorities and can always be relied on? As a Personal Assistant (m/f/d) you are part of a professional, international team. In your role, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director Germany in all aspects of day-to-day business and special projects.

Your challenges: 

  • You support the MD through efficient office management (coordination and organisation tasks).
  • You will independently handle incoming and outgoing communication in German and English.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and tracking appointments, including resource planning, and organising events, meetings, workshops, etc.
  • You are responsible for planning business trips, including travel expense accounting.
  • You ensure smooth communication and correspondence within Vantage Towers and externally (Vodafone, external business partners, etc.).
  • You prepare presentations, minutes and decision papers.
  • You ensure the smooth cooperation of the entire assistance pool.
  • You take over and carry out individual projects independently.

Your qualification:

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment or a successfully completed degree and at least 2 years of professional experience
  • A high level of organizational talent, initiative and service orientation
  • The ability to correctly assess and prioritize inquiries
  • Very good computer skills, especially MS-Office
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
