Your Responsibilities:

You independently manage strategic sourcing activities, lead tenders, and negotiate commercial contracts for assigned categories up to a volume of €0.5m

You support the Supply Chain Manager with extensive market scans and supplier analyses to define and develop effective category strategies

You execute local tactical negotiations to maximize cost reductions and analyze SCM KPIs to unlock improvement opportunities

You build, maintain, and actively manage a robust supplier pool while cultivating sustainable, cross-market relationships with stakeholders and business owners

You act as a key support function in channeling market procurement demands across Vantage countries for your specific categories

You identify process optimization potential, improve purchasing governance continuously, and set unified standards across all markets

You maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of procurement specifics, market trends, and supplier landscapes within your categories
Your Profile

A successful university degree in business management, economics, IT, engineering, or another relevant area

Several years of experience in supply chain management and strategic procurement within an international environment, including strong stakeholder management

Deep understanding of SCM procedures, category strategy, tendering tools, and good knowledge of office and procurement solutions like Excel, PowerPoint, ARIBA, or SAP

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and German, matching a C1 level according to the CEFR

Outstanding negotiation tactics, a high sense of responsibility, strong customer orientation, and a proven ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

A natural networker and sympathetic negotiator with a strong grasp of negotiation psychology and excellent organizational skills
