Real Estate Senior Expert (Asset Mgmt) (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

In our Asset Management department, you drive the strategic retention, negotiation, and digital optimization of our national mobile infrastructure locations. You serve as a key driver for lease cancellation prevention, landlord relations, and process innovation across the business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contract & Portfolio Governance: You manage, implement, and monitor real estate lease, purchase, and usage agreements for passive mobile infrastructure while ensuring compliance with governance, quality, and budget guidelines.  
• Process Optimization & AI Innovation: You analyze existing processes, design specialized solutions, and actively contribute to AI projects and digital tools (such as CoPilot365) to modernize contract and negotiation management.  
• Site Retention & Strategy: You develop forward-looking strategies, methods, and procedures for lease cancellation recovery, site security, and long-term location retention.  
• Partner Management & Escalation: You negotiate master agreements with nationwide multi-property landlords and strategic owners, while acting as an escalation manager and conducting on-site visits when required.  
• Resource & Financial Planning: You independently oversee project schedules, resource planning, order management, and invoice approvals—especially regarding rental costs and indexations—in close collaboration with the legal team. 
  
  

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: University degree in a technical or business-related field, or a comparable technical qualification with several years of relevant professional experience.  
• Professional Experience: Extensive professional experience in the mobile telecommunications or real estate sector, including proven expertise in site acquisition and complex negotiation scenarios.  
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of real estate principles, solid project management expertise, and advanced IT skills in MS Excel, database/tracking tools, and CoPilot365.  
• Soft Skills: Highly organized self-starter with conceptual thinking, strong influencing and negotiation abilities, and a strategic vision for future challenges.  
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English, combined with full willingness to undertake nationwide escalation travel (company car provided).
  
  

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This position can be based anywhere in Germany.
