Your contribution:

You drive site acquisition across all German Vantage regions for upgrades, replacements and new sites relating to specific confirmed sites to ensure contract compliance with Vodafone

You identify process gaps and optimization potentials to ensure timely delivery of specific confirmed sites

You harmonise acquisition workflows and processes across German regions

You improve workflow and joint processes with other central functions, such as Supplier Mgmt., Legal or SCM to ensure timely delivery of specific confirmed sites

You consolidate regional acquisition reports and management information and automate reporting to ensure timely delivery of specific confirmed sites

You further develop the internal TIMS System

You conduct analyses on acquisition topics and other projects under responsibility for Head of Delivery and prepare senior management updates & presentations

Decade of Experience: 10 years+ Experience in telecommunications industry

Project Management: Strong project management skills

Board-level communication: Proven C-level communication skills with the innate ability to adapt complex messages and build consensus across diverse leadership levels and operational audiences

Stakeholder Navigator: Extensive experience in navigating and influencing complex internal and external stakeholder landscapes to ensure project success

Bilingual negotiation skills: Fluent in German and English (at least C1/B2), both written and spoken, which are essential for leading our multicultural environment
