Your contribution:
- You are responsible for the execution of contract management activities during the entire contract period
- Responsibility for commercial contract management after completion of a customer acquisition
- Proactively share key learnings from customer and internal feedback with all stakeholders
- Responsibility for the creation and execution of customer contracts and related documents at local level
- Provide contract knowledge, advice and support on the interpretation of contract clauses to the local organization in line with guidance provided by relevant stakeholders
- Provide internal support for loss prevention and dispute resolution of contractual rights and obligations
- Collaboration with sales and operational units to minimize commercial contract risks
What makes you stand out:
- A degree in law, business administration or a comparable qualification
- A law degree with at least five years of relevant experience, 2nd state examination is an advantage
- Extensive experience in conducting complex commercial negotiations, contract and risk management in preferably technological organizations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A results-oriented approach and the ability to deal with pressure and setbacks
- Willingness to regularly come to our office in Düsseldorf for direct consultation with clients
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English (C1)
