Senior Expert Customer Delivery Management (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Do you have a strong sense of quality and understanding of our customers? Are you open to an international and dynamic working environment? Then become part of our team as Senior Expert Customer Delivery Management (m/f/d). In your role, you will use your experience in dealing with customers and support us in the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Germany.

Your challenges: 

  • You ensure the interface between operations and our customers.
  • You create and validate business cases.
  • You prepare the implementation of new services.
  • You track and ensure that customer- and contract-specific commitments and key performance indicators are met (post-sales delivery management).
  • You ensure that revenue targets, relevant market shares and net margin contribution are achieved.
  • You build appropriate customer relationships in order to develop new sales potential.

Your qualification:

  • A successfully completed university degree in economics, engineering or related studies
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications or related industries (in marketing, finance, strategy, consulting)
  • Ideally experience in strategy and business development in telecommunications and/or strategic key account management
  • High sense of quality and responsibility as well as the ability to present complex topics and contexts in appealing presentations
  • Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)


You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
