Your contribution:
- First contact person for SSC Team regarding Lease-in related questions regarding invoices, dunning, rental payment escalations, enforcements, return payments etc.
- Interface Management between different Stakeholders internally and externally (especially Sparring Partner for German Real Estate Team)
- Create KPI & SLA reports, statistics and evaluations for all processes in the area of finance operations
- Perform cash flow reporting and lease reviews regarding IFRS 16 Accounting
- Perform SOX and internal controls including documentation and monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Quality assurance of SSC activities & Steering of permanent training courses for SSC team members
- Operational involvement in complex accounting projects & account clarifications related to German landlords
What makes you stand out:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting
- An university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- In-depth knowledge in the special areas of Real Estate Leases
- Advanced knowledge of German contract law (Real Estate related) & IFRS 16 Leases
- Good knowledge of SAP REFX & further SAP Finance Modules
- Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications infrastructure
- Fluent German (C1) and English skills written and spoken
