Senior Project Lead Rollout Strategy (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers (german-speaking)

Are you highly flexible and able to work under pressure? Do you have good communication and information skills? Then become part of our team as Senior Project Lead Rollout Strategy (m/f/d). In your role, you will be responsible for the technical specifications and the implementation of the real estate strategy vis-à-vis the acquisition in the respective regions and the responsible acquisition partners of Vantage Towers AG.

Your challenges: 

  • You are responsible for the design, implementation and control of the specifications from the rental, purchase and utilisation contracts for the construction and operation of passive mobile radio infrastructure for marketing to customers of Vantage Towers AG.
  • You analyse and collaborate in the optimisation of existing processes.
  • You implement new processes for the introduction of new technologies and projects.
  • You develop special solutions for project-specific measures as well as new methods and procedures in the area of site acquisition.
  • You are independently responsible for the design, implementation and control of project and schedule plans as well as efficient resource planning with regard to order management, invoice verification and approval as well as escalation, approval and control mechanisms, especially with regard to rental costs.

Your qualification:

  • A successfully completed degree in a technical or business management field or comparable technical training as well as several years of professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate business contexts
  • Very good oral as well as written communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Organised and therefore able to multitask and work effectively with limited supervision under tight deadlines and high project volumes.
  • Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
