As part of our dedicated team, you will support the RTT team in expanding and optimizing mobile communications infrastructure across Germany. Your Responsibilities:

• Network Expansion & Project Implementation: You drive the expansion of mobile tower networks across Germany by taking full responsibility for implementing regional new build, modification, and dismantling projects, ranging from simple component replacements to complex new construction initiatives.  
• Project Planning & Budget Management: You independently create project schedules, establish deadlines, allocate resources for regional projects, and manage project budgets by coordinating with financial planning and monitoring expenses.  
• Reporting & Data Optimization: You ensure the automated delivery of standard reports, advance the standardization of data requirements, and execute special analyses as well as ad-hoc evaluations.  
• Process Improvement & Systems: You maintain databases and calendars, evaluate existing workflows for improvement potential, optimize them, and implement streamlined processes for introducing new technologies and projects.  
• Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration: You actively steer and collaborate on the continuous development of external partners and project service providers, maintain essential cross-departmental alignment (especially with acquisition), and foster close exchange with Vodafone while remaining open to occasional business travel.  

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Completed vocational training or equivalent professional qualification.
• Professional Experience: Practical experience in RTT new construction along with a strong foundation in implementation processes.  
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of RTT new build operations, process implementation, and proficiency in managing database systems and reporting tools.  
• Soft Skills: High level of initiative to independently set priorities and project plans, a collaborative team player mindset for cross-departmental cooperation, and a creative problem-solver open to bringing fresh perspectives.  
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal departments and key partners like Vodafone.
