Your contribution:  

  • You are responsible for the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to Windows operating systems, Cloud services, and Microsoft Azure

  • You answer questions regarding Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a smooth user experience and resolving all associated issues

  • You support users with the setup and troubleshooting of Multi-Factor Authentication to ensure secure access to company resources

  • You troubleshoot mobile phone issues, including software updates, configuration, and connectivity problems

  • You resolve hardware issues on computer equipment, performing repairs or coordinating warranty services with vendors

  • You troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues, ensuring stable internet access for all users

  • You manage user identities and access permissions, and resolve related issues to maintain security protocols.


What makes you stand out: 

  • Vocational training in the IT field and at least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support function, which includes direct user support and management of daily IT operations
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), demonstrating a foundational understanding of IT principles and procedures
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as SalesForce, ServiceNow, Affectli, AWS, GCP, and Office365 to ensure immediate effectiveness in the role
  • Experience in dealing with Agentic AI is desirable
  • Practical experience in providing technical support, sharing valuable insights, and improving the user experience with various computer devices and tools
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems and offer rapid and effective solutions
  • Fluent German and English skills in both spoken and written form (C1) are a must
