Role purpose:

The Transformation Lead CTC are responsible for delivering the transformation programme of the Group wide Credit to Collections process across all markets and the relevant central Group entities for this business area to achieve cost to serve and working capital improvement targets. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining the end-to-end CtC process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experience.
The GPO ambition is to drive end-to-end improvements in our Credit to Collections process and reach Peer Q1 performance within 5 years for the key KPI's, and deliver concrete cash benefits contributing to the cashflow targets set. Accelerating benefit realisation through the early years will be critical, whilst acknowledging that a 3–5-year period will be necessary to complete residual transformational activities.
Historically, collections have been managed locally due to tooling integrated/ adjacent to the native billing stack, individual market regulatory and business landscape considerations and market tailored customer operations support structures. Mixed ownership models by market exist between Customer Operations/CARE, Finance Operations, Finance, Commercial and IT operations. 
There is a renewed urgent opportunity to standardise the CTC process considering the following key factors; Imperative to deliver structural cash flow generation improvement, acceleration of B2B Growth.  The Transformation Lead will work closely with the CTC GPL and Cashflow Transformation Head to deliver working capital targets for Vodafone.
Working within the GPO function the Transformation Lead will lead the CTC transformation over multiple years in alignment with the business owners, delivering multiple initiatives to ensure processes are harmonised to established standards across Vodafone. You will be responsible that those projects are defined, planned, resourced, costed, monitored and governed to continuously improve the business landscape of  the CtC process.
The Transformation Lead will also be integral to the SAP Rise programme to deliver a standard system for collections in Vodafone, a critical part of the CTC transformation.

Qualifications for this role include proven experience in credit to collections and leading transformation projects, strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent relationship and performance management abilities, experience with data quality and process improvement methods, and the ability to foster a proactive and continuous improvement culture. 

What you will do

•    Deliver Transformation Strategy for CtC across all markets 
•    Monitor and ensure governance of planning, budget, and quality criteria
•    Define, implement and operate risk and problem management, change management, and interdependencies
•    Develop and maintain a detailed program work plan. Including identifying and agreeing on dependencies, milestones and key deliverables
•    Provide change management and risk and issue management across the programme, including escalation of risks and issues;
•    Produce programme-wide progress reports and supporting information
•    Senior Stakeholder management to align targets and roadmap and support delivery
•    Assessing budget requirements of the initiatives planned , as a part of the GPO roadmap, define business cases and deliver business benefits
•    Realise cross functional exchange and standardisation in line with process landscape and management
•    Analyse business needs and processes to develop efficient solutions and conduct respective improvement projects to optimise processes 
•    Translate business needs into qualitative and quantitative measures and track process efficiency and development


What sets you apart

•    Solid knowledge of CTC process
•    7+ years experience of leading large global transformation projects and process reengineering
•    Proven expertise in process automation, ERP systems and digital finance solutions
•    Experience in telecommunications industry
•    Deep knowledge and understanding of operational finance processes, finance operating models 
•    Analytical-minded, innovative, adaptable, team player and leader
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Excellent working knowledge of project/programme management methodologies and techniques.
•    Leadership skills and experience in managing virtual and cross-cultural teams in a complex and changing/dynamic operating environment
•    Strong project & change management skills; capability to structure and deliver in complex and volatile environments
•    Strong expertise in Finance operating models and E2E operating processes 
•    Strong IT/digitisation knowledge and deep understanding of the diverse opportunities around data and technology
•    Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities
•    Very strong cooperation, coordination, communication and presentation skills 
•    Proven ability and experience in dealing with and influencing multiple stakeholders on senior level
