Working Student IT Portfolio Management (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Join our team as Working Student IT Portfolio Management (m/f/d) at Vantage Towers AG and discover how multifaceted a job in the IT department of a listed international company can be. You will not only gain extensive insights into the day-to-day business in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, but you can also work on interesting projects.


Your challenges:

  • An interesting role within the Vantage Towers IT team with a variety of tasks including IT requirements analysis.
  • You will work on the further automation of IT orders, IT project portfolio management, budget tracking and forecasting.
  • You create (simple) business applications using Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams and PowerApps.
  • You support our users in the creation and basic configuration of Sharepoints.
  • You create process automations using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.


Your qualification profile:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme and want to work 20 h/week in addition to your studies (you are welcome to work more during the semester break)
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, PowerApps, Forms etc.) as well as good knowledge of RPA (e.g., UIPath, PowerAutomate)
  • Knowledge of Monday.com is an advantage
  • An independent, structured way of working according to the tasks at hand
  • Fluent English and German written and spoken (C1)


We advertise this position for Vantage Towers AG at our location in Düsseldorf.
The hourly wage is between 14 and 17 € depending on your experience.
