Your contribution: 

  • You champion the development and implementation of innovative, BIM-driven transformation use cases, focusing on digital site design, infrastructure upgrades, and pre-engineering validations such as structural readiness and antenna loading logic

  • You drive the automation of critical engineering outputs and validation checks, while supporting advanced downstream use cases like EMF calculations

  • You accelerate growth by driving pilot initiatives and ensuring the smooth cross-market rollout of advanced, technology-driven ways of working

  • You manage the seamless coordination and tracking of strategic transformation initiatives across multiple international markets

  • You craft high-impact management presentations, organize professional workshop materials, and spearhead transparent progress tracking and reporting

  • You collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across Engineering, IT, and Operations, alongside external partners, to align on global standards and implementation

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering with a strong technical focus

  • A passionate interest in data-driven engineering and digital transformation, backed by a foundational understanding of engineering concepts like structures, towers, and site layouts

  • High proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity or experience in BIM/CAD tools such as Revit or AutoCAD being a distinct advantage

  • Experience with data analysis (Excel advanced, Power BI, Python – optional), process modelling / workflow thinking, or digital tools and automation concepts are preferred

  • Full professional fluency in English is mandatory, while additional language skills in German are considered a valuable asset
