What you’ll do

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Governance & Scrum Office within the IT & Billing function. The role is responsible for overseeing project delivery across the full lifecycle, managing Agile practices, ensuring governance and change control, and driving strategic reporting for executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 
•Lead and manage IT & Billing projects from initiation to closure. 
•Oversee Agile Scrum Office operations and cross-functional squads. 
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting for weekly updates, EXCO, and BoD. 
•Implement and enforce governance policies and change control processes. 
•Manage and develop a high-performing project and scrum team.

 

Who you are

Core Competencies & Experience: 
•Strong knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies. 
•Solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and telecom operations. 
•Proven experience in change control and user acceptance testing. 
•Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 
•Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications: 
•Bachelor’s degree in computing, IT, or Telecommunications. 
•3–4 years of relevant experience. 
•Mandatory: Project Management or Agile Certification. 
•Preferred: IT Governance training/certification. 
•Skills in systems analysis, networking, programming, and business process re-engineering.
