What you’ll do

Role purpose: 
The FTTH PMO Support is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the successful delivery of FTTH commercial initiatives, projects, governance activities, business reporting, customer experience improvement programs, commission management processes, pricing implementation, and after-sales support initiatives.

 

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
•Plan and track FTTH commercial projects and strategic initiatives.
•Maintain roadmaps, implementation plans, action logs, and governance reports.
•Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
•Implement and govern FTTH pricing and sales commission initiatives.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver FTTH priorities.
•Improve the customer journey using feedback, complaints, and performance insights.
•Drive FTTH product launches, enhancements, migrations, and process changes.
•Lead governance forums, stakeholder communication, and action follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
•At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO support, commercial operations, customer experience, or product implementation, preferably within telecommunications or FTTH.
•Working knowledge of project governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and management reporting.
•Understanding of FTTH products, customer journeys, pricing, commissions, and after-sales operations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking or reporting tools; Power BI or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
•Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is an added advantage.
