Role purpose: 
To drive sustainable growth of VodaBima by leading sales and distribution of Motor, Life, Device Insurance and Health Insurance products, through strong channel execution, strategic partnerships, and robust field sales structures.
The role will ensure effective omnichannel delivery, optimize customer experience, and improve retention, renewals, and IPF repayment performance across all distribution channels.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•    Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
Lead sales for Motor, Life, Device and Health Insurance across all channels.
•    Build & Manage Distribution Channels
Establish strong SFEs, optimize Retail touch points performance, and scale corporate & all other digital channels.
•    Regional Execution & Field Coordination
Collaborate with Regional Teams, M-Pesa Leads, and Territory Managers to drive on-ground execution.
•    Develop Partnerships
Secure and manage corporates, digital tax platforms ecosystems and SACCOs for Group Life expansion.
•    Enhance Retail touch points Capability
Train and enable Retail touch points teams to effectively sell and service all insurance products.
•    Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Ensure all channels use approved tools for sales tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
•    Ensure Compliance & Governance
Maintain adherence to TIRA regulations and internal policies
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills translated from consumer insights
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to anticipate customer, competitor and market dynamics 
•    Able to challenge the status quo
Must have technical/professional qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance, Actuarial Science or its equivalent.
•    She/he must have at least 2 years of working experience in insurance sales. 
•    understanding of insurance laws and regulations of the country.
•    Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
•    Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in the value chain.
•    Project management knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
Key performance indicators:
•    Overall VodaBima Growth as per the company target
•    Grow VodaBima Market and Value Share.
•    Accurate and timely delivery of the execution plans specified on the calendar
•    Quality of support and stakeholder alignment
