What you’ll do
Role purpose:
The FTTX Manager is responsible for the commercial ownership and lifecycle management of the Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) portfolio. The role drives product growth, pricing strategy, CXX, sales performance & commission reporting, customer retention, and market competitiveness.
The position acts as the focal point between Commercial, Sales, Operations, Customer Operations (COPS), Finance, IT, and Network teams to continuously enhance the FTTH customer journey and product proposition.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
1.Own the end-to-end FTTH product portfolio, roadmap, and lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, migrations, and product retirement.
2.Define and execute product enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
3.Identify opportunities for new FTTH products, bundles, and value-added services.
4.Manage pricing governance and approval processes, and analyse acquisition, churn, revenue, and customer growth trends.
5.Act as the Commercial representative for all FTTH after-sales activities and ensure seamless collaboration with Customer Operations (COPS).
6.Monitor and improve service request resolution, review customer complaint trends, and implement corrective actions.
7.Ensure effective customer communication during incidents, outages, and migrations.
8.Collaborate with Sales, COPS, Finance, IT, Network, and Marketing teams, and support Executive and Steering Committee reporting requirements.

•Knowledge of FTTX and fixed broadband product and lifecycle management.
•Commercial analytics, pricing, and market performance analysis skills.
•Service performance and customer experience management skills.
•Ability to schedule activities, identify resource requirements and dependencies, and build synergies across teams.
Qualifications and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Master’s degree is an added advantage.
•Minimum of three years’ experience in telecommunications, ISP, fixed broadband, product management, or commercial strategy.
•Experience managing broadband or fixed connectivity products.
