Discover global graduate program is a 12 month program to accelerated development that enables talented fresh graduates to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt. Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the Strategy department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking.

 

Who can apply?

Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025


A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences

 

Requirements:

 

  • Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
  • University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience related to problem-solving, operations, data, analytics, technology, digital products, or business projects would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English
  • Focus on potential and willingness to learn rather than prior technical depth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity and interest in business, processes, data, and technology.
  • Ability to understand a business problem and structure it clearly.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across different teams and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and openness to feedback.
  • Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Basic understanding of processes, data, analytics, or digital products is an advantage; Power BI, SQL or process-mapping exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
