Discover global graduate program is a 12 Months program to accelerated development that enables talented fresh graduates to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt. Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the Technology - IT Department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking.

Who can apply?
-    Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2024, or 2025, January 2026, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025)
-    A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related degrees.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong potentiality & spirit attributes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative, and proactive spirit 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
  • A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
