Discover global graduate program is a 12 month program to accelerated development that enables talented fresh graduates to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt. Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the Technology - IT department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking.

 

Who can apply?

Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025

A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences 

 

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong ownership, teamwork, and customer focus.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in high-availability enterprise environments.
  • Automation mindset with continuous improvement focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft enterprise technologies.

 

Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure Administration
  • Azure AI Services.
  • Copilot Technologies
  • Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
  • PowerShell, Python & Microsoft Graph.
