List of duties:

 

  • Appointment booking and training sessions for Customers
  • Content Transfer (contacts, photos, messages, etc.) to the new device
  • Walk out Working with New Device
  • Take the lead with digital hybrid journeys in store – driving app penetration and empower customers to self-top up and pay their bills through the my Vodafone app
  • Drive & Promote Trade ins performance within the team
  • Set up accounts (Email, Facebook, iCloud, etc.) and install applications
  • Drive and promote in store Repair service and liaise with onsite Engineer
  • Deep Dive Care issues and take handovers of difficult care escalations
  • Demonstrate device capabilities and learn / train in new features
  • Unlock accounts and reset passwords
  • Unlock device pattern and display code
  • Synchronize data in the cloud (Gmail, iCloud)
  • Troubleshoot device software problems
  • Device software update
  • Be a leader in New Tech launching in Irish Market & Brief local team
  • Work with the team on identifying VAS sales and opportunities
