Role Purpose
The Digital & Customer Experience Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Clear's digital acquisition and optimisation plans.
This role will manage the customer journey across website and app touchpoints, ensuring customers experience a seamless path from awareness through to purchase and onboarding. The role combines digital marketing execution, website management, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital consumer behaviour and be passionate about creating customer experiences that increase conversion, reduce friction and drive commercial performance.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who enjoys working at pace, using data to improve performance and taking ownership of the daily operation of a digital business.

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution
- Implement digital acquisition campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Support the delivery of SEO, PPC, paid social and affiliate activity.
- Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise performance.
- Work with agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Track campaign results and recommend optimisation opportunities.
Website Management & Merchandising
- Own day-to-day management of the Clear website.
- Create and update landing pages, promotional content and campaign journeys.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, up to date and commercially optimised.
- Maintain trading calendars and promotional plans online.
- Merchandise products, offers and propositions to maximise conversion.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Monitor customer journeys and sales funnels.
- Identify drop-off points and friction within the purchase process.
- Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives.
- Implement improvements to increase conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Work closely with Digital, Product and IT teams to deliver enhancements.
Customer Experience
- Continuously review customer journeys and user behaviour.
- Ensure the website and app deliver a simple, intuitive customer experience.
- Champion customer feedback and insights.
- Identify opportunities to simplify customer interactions and remove friction.
- Support customer journey mapping and optimisation activities.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Monitor daily digital performance metrics.
- Produce performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyse website, funnel and campaign performance.
- Make data-led recommendations to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Support forecasting and commercial performance reviews.

Who you are
Experience & Skills:
Essential
- 2-5 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, website management or customer experience roles.
- Experience updating and managing websites using CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC and digital marketing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using web analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Highly Desirable
- Experience in a digital-first consumer business.
- Experience managing e-commerce or online sales journeys.
- Telecoms, subscription or app-based business experience.
- Experience running A/B testing programmes.
- Basic HTML/CMS experience.
- Experience working with UX or digital design teams.
