Role Purpose:
The Digital In-Life Lead is leading the teams responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional digital experiences across Vodafone’s in-life customer journeys. The role involves leading the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of post-purchase digital interactions to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
Ownership of In-Life Journeys: Lead the strategy and execution of digital in-life experiences across mobile app, web, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless, customer-first approach.
Customer-Centric Optimisation: Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise in-life digital journeys based on customer feedback and data-driven insights to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Growing My Vodafone App Users: Drive the growth of registered users for the My Vodafone App to 1 million, leveraging innovative digital strategies and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and execution of in-life digital solutions.
Innovation and Strategy: Identify and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer experience, staying ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track the performance of in-life journeys, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership to align on strategy, communicate progress, and ensure business objectives are met
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
Essential:
3-5 years of experience in digital leadership, focusing on customer journey optimisation, lifecycle management, or digital product management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects within a digital environment.
Strong understanding of digital customer experiences strategies, with a focus on retention and loyalty.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics tools).
A customer-first mentality, with a passion for improving the end-to-end digital experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Desirable:
Experience with A/B testing, personalisation technologies, and automation platforms.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
