Role Purpose:

The Digital performance Marketing Manager leads the Digital Performance team at Vodafone Ireland. This role leads development and execution of high level strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion and provides support & mentorship to a team of digital marketing specialists across paid search, social and programmatic. 
Reporting into the Head of Brand, this role will influence brand strategy, bring thought leadership to the business and be responsible for managing senior stakeholders. Holders of this role are expected to drive innovation, ensure alignment with wider marketing objectives and monitor team performance to drive continuous improvement. 
The successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, understand latest trends and areas of innovation, be inquisitive and highly commercial

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic leadership – Brings strategic thinking, innovation, and team leadership to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search,  social media, programmatic and display.
Multi-channel budget ownership - optimising campaigns for maximum performance in line with commercial targets
Insight led reporting -  share actionable insights and trends on key performance indicators with key stakeholders up to C-suite level
Manage agency and partner relationships 
Industry expertise - Stay up to date on the latest trends in performance marketing to inform strategy
Business leadership - Work as part of the Brand Management Team to define governance and processes which will empower and enable teams to deliver their long and short term goals. 
People leadership -Nurture a team of specialists to support their growth and development

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

Minimum 10 years experience in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels – proven hands on experience of running at least three of the following: Paid Social, Paid Search Programmatic advertising, Affiliate Marketing, SEO
Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance, with actionable insights. 
Superior influencing and stakeholder management skills and ability to get buy in from C-Level audience
Experience using marketing analytics tools 
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Experience of key data regulations including GDPR and an understanding of the importance of strong data governance in everything that we do
Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing large budgets
