What you’ll do

As an FP&A Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Analysis and Planning Manager by working across both Consumer and Business Segments. You will collaborate closely with the Consumer & Business Commercial Finance Business Partner teams and Financial Operations. Your responsibilities will include providing management reporting and analysis of performance, investigating variances, and advising on areas that require further analysis. You will prepare analysis and presentations for monthly review calls at both local and Group levels, and deliver monthly management reports to Consumer & Business Directors, Leadership Teams, and the Finance Controller. Additionally, you will handle ad hoc reporting, analysis, and commentary for Directors and controllers, utilizing reporting systems to provide accurate, timely, and insightful responses. You will develop commercial awareness by understanding products, services, new initiatives, and strategy, and manage messaging to Group and Directors on commercial performance. Your role will also involve company-wide reporting and analysis to identify risks and opportunities, driving performance improvement, and supporting financial performance reviews with the CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership team. You will own the mid-month indicator process, produce and present monthly 12-month rolling forecasts, and lead the Financial Planning process throughout the Company. Furthermore, you will support business unit controllers and business partners, develop strong partnering relationships, and work with Financial Reporting & Data Teams to improve the quality and efficiency of information reporting.

Who you are

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 3+ years PQE

Previous commercial experience preferential

Planning, forecasting, and budgeting experience

Previous financial modeling experience

Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Excel front ends

An effective communicator who can communicate effectively both cross-functionally and to senior management

An individual with a growth mindset who is open to new challenges
