Role Purpose:

Data and Systems Lead within Vodafone Ireland, ensuring accuracy of all HR data provided to stakeholders, ensuring only relevant data is provided in line with data privacy legislation. Representing the local market in group projects and leading local system changes and implementations. Our team provides first class operational HR service handling HR queries for all Ireland line managers, employees and third parties. supports employee relations cases, manages Payroll and supports the employee’s on-and offboarding experience. You will report directly into the HR Services Manager and sit within a vertical function within Vodafone Group. You will also work closely with the local HR team to provide support to CoE’s and HRBP’s, where required.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Data Management
Data Lead within Vodafone Ireland, ensuring accuracy of all HR data provided to stakeholders, ensuring only relevant data is provided in line with data privacy legislation, representing the local market in group data projects and leading local system changes and implementations

Reporting Lead within Vodafone Ireland to represent the company on Reporting to Vodafone Group and managing the relationship with the SSC Reporting Team
Ad hoc operational reports on people data to all stakeholders within the business.  Understand and analyse data requests, to work with stakeholders to provide necessary information in line with data protection.

System Management
Lead on HR Services roadmap activity including system implementations, systems testing and change communication to key stakeholders
Provide SAP Success Factors technical guidance and expertise to the wider business & HR Communities

Compliance and Escalations Management 
Ensures full traceability of operational data maintenance through application of SOX processes
First escalation point for all HR Operational issues, seeking root cause for all -issues and identifying improved ways of working

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Working experience of SAP Success Factors 
Project Management
Knowledge of HR processes
Analytical skills 
Must be able to handle complex issues in a professional and sensitive manner
Excellent communication skills
