You'll define and deliver the commercial strategy and long-term growth plan, setting the direction for sustainable customer and business growth. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll lead trading performance through regular commercial reviews, develop pricing strategies that support growth and profitability, identify new opportunities through customer and market insight, and manage commercial risks and opportunities as they arise.

You'll own the complete mobile proposition, including tariff strategy, product roadmap, value proposition, promotions, partnerships, bundling and customer experience. Using analytics, customer insight and market trends, you'll continuously evolve propositions and bring new products to market through agile ways of working.

You'll lead the digital sales journey from awareness through to activation, with responsibility for website performance, conversion optimisation, checkout experience, digital merchandising, landing pages, customer journeys, A/B testing and personalisation. Together with your teams and partners, you'll continually improve the customer experience and commercial performance of the online channel.

You'll oversee all digital acquisition activity, including paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, influencer marketing, SEO, content marketing, CRM and referral programmes. You'll own marketing ROI and ensure investment decisions are informed by performance data and commercial outcomes.

You'll develop lifecycle strategies that strengthen retention, loyalty, customer engagement, cross-sell, upsell and reactivation performance while creating a culture that proactively reduces churn and builds long-term customer value.

You'll have ownership of the commercial P&L, including revenue forecasting, budget management, marketing investment, business cases, financial modelling and performance reporting. Working closely with Finance, you'll maximise return on investment and support informed decision making across the business.

You'll champion a data-driven culture, leading commercial dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting, trading insights, customer analytics and experimentation. You'll ensure decisions are evidence-based and encourage continuous testing, learning and optimisation.

You'll also lead the development of a distinctive digital-first challenger brand, with responsibility for brand positioning, strategy, customer proposition, communications, tone of voice and customer trust. You'll ensure brand-building and performance marketing work together to deliver both long-term and short-term growth.

Success in this role will come through strong partnerships with Technology, Customer Operations, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Network Partners and Data & Analytics teams, aligning priorities around shared commercial objectives.
