Join us

At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers — we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world.

If you want to grow your career whilst finding the right balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunity to help you belong and make a real impact.

What you’ll do

With us, you can shape how we protect our people, customers and business in a constantly evolving risk landscape.

You’ll set the direction for corporate security across Vodafone, building and maintaining a sector leading strategy that reflects the realities of operating a global telecommunications business. You’ll lead all local corporate security operations end to end, ensuring our approach to business resilience, crisis management, investigations, law enforcement engagement, physical security, travel and event security, regulatory compliance and security culture is clear, effective and fit for purpose.
Operating at executive level, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear, practical guidance that balances risk, customer impact, regulatory expectations and commercial priorities. You’ll also represent Vodafone externally with regulators, government bodies and law enforcement, ensuring we meet our obligations and maintain strong, credible partnerships.

You’ll shape how we protect what matters most. This includes safeguarding our people, customers, infrastructure and assets through a robust security framework and a well managed physical security environment that supports our network and minimises disruption to the business. You’ll lead the response to major incidents and crises, ensuring decisions consider customer impact, regulatory implications and brand reputation, while providing visibility to senior leaders to support timely escalation where needed.

You’ll drive continuous improvement across security operations, simplifying processes, embedding automation where possible and ensuring our controls, audits and assessments are effective without being unnecessarily complex. You’ll also build and embed best practice across the organisation, developing and sharing guidance that is practical and widely adopted.
A key part of your role will be strengthening our investigations capability, putting in place a clear framework to support the prevention of internal fraud and providing timely, insight led recommendations to the business. You’ll oversee supplier security where customer or company data is involved, ensuring appropriate audits and compensating controls are in place when full compliance cannot be achieved.

You’ll lead on meeting our legal and regulatory obligations in corporate security, maintaining strong relationships with government and law enforcement, and ensuring we are always operating to the required standards. You’ll manage quarterly reviews with senior leadership, clearly outlining performance, risks, improvements and priorities.
Alongside this, you’ll build and lead a high performing Corporate Security team, creating an inclusive culture where people are stretched, supported and developed. You’ll embed a strong security mindset across the organisation, helping colleagues understand their role in protecting Vodafone and our customers.

You’ll also take accountability for delivering outcomes: meeting agreed KPIs and deadlines, managing budgets effectively, supporting senior level crisis management activity and maintaining regular, impactful engagement with senior leaders.

Who you are
