Head of Devices
Join Us
At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world.
If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.
What you’ll do
With us, you can shape how customers across Ireland access and experience the devices that power their lives
You will lead the end to end Mobile and Fixed Devices, SIM and Accessories business for Vodafone Ireland, setting and delivering strategies that are aligned to both local priorities and Group Products & Services and Device Operations requirements. This is a key leadership role, contributing directly to revenue, margin, customer growth and brand performance by ensuring the right products are available to customers at the right time, in the right way.
You’ll build and lead a high-performing Devices team, creating an environment where people feel empowered, included and encouraged to bring new ideas. You’ll work closely across Vodafone Ireland, Group Products & Services and Device Operations to ensure a joined-up approach to delivery and performance, and to keep teams aligned on shared goals and outcomes.
You will design and implement an integrated Device Operations strategy across both Consumer and VBU segments, ensuring it supports the wider Vodafone Ireland strategy. Delivering this will require strong organisational awareness, collaboration across multiple teams, and the ability to influence at different levels of the business.
You’ll own the development of the device strategy and integrated marketing plan, working in partnership with Consumer Business Unit leaders and other stakeholders. You’ll keep this plan live throughout the year, identifying gaps, managing priorities and ensuring it remains aligned to business strategy and resource allocation.
You will drive operational excellence across the full device lifecycle, from ranging decisions and supply chain management through to reverse logistics. This includes building and governing efficient, cost-effective processes that ensure customers can access market-relevant devices and accessories when and where they need them.
You’ll manage strategic relationships with Tier 1 suppliers across devices, accessories and aftersales services, alongside Vodafone Ireland’s outsourced partners for logistics, repairs and aftersales. This includes ensuring performance is managed effectively through clear SLAs and strong partnerships.
You will also oversee in-life product management, ensuring device propositions continue to perform as expected across technical, regulatory, commercial and customer experience dimensions.
