What you’ll do
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Direct Sales professionals, ensuring they excel in customer retention, revenue retention, and growth across our fixed and mobile portfolio. You'll work closely with the account team and customers to understand their business needs, ensuring Vodafone's proposals meet these requirements and the value proposition is clear. You'll be responsible for delivering the VGE (Vodafone Global Enterprise) Account Sales Target and guiding your team to achieve their individual targets. Building and maintaining C-level relationships with our VGE clients will be crucial, as will developing customer-specific strategies aligned with Vodafone's product and service portfolio. You'll analyze proposals to ensure profitability, manage C-level stakeholders on strategy and commercial details, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored business solutions. Ensuring each proposition has the appropriate company sign-off and follows formal financial and commercial governance will also be part of your responsibilities.
Who you are
- Over 3 years of commercial experience in a telecommunications B2B environment
- Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally
- Proven track record in a target-driven environment
- Understanding of fixed, mobile, and UC solutions
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to sell business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand issues at both operational and strategic levels and influence stakeholders to take action
- Understanding of Vodafone's structure and governance (desirable)
