What you’ll do
The Senior Learning and Performance Partner is a strategic partner to the market and business leaders, owning the plan and driving capability, learning, performance, leadership and talent interventions within a matrix organization.
This includes the identification of workforce requirements linked to short and long-term business needs and the development of capability and talent plans according to IE 3-year capability plan. The role works across the Vodafone Learning Organisation, HR Centres of Expertise and Local HR Team to lead this for the market.
This role includes team people management and development, budget management and is an impact driven role with a strong focus on KPI’s. It also requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with both local and global teams.
Key Accountabilities
Leadership and Business partnering
• Build partnerships with Business Leaders, HR Director, and HRBP’s to identify workforce skill requirements linked to short and long-term business needs.
• Develop and implement capability and talent plans to address these needs.
• Lead and partner with the business on Leadership Behaviours, Team Effectiveness and change programmes.
Build skills and talent
• Build/own the plan to build diverse and inclusive talent and skills across a defined area.
• Own the delivery of targeted learning, skill and talent projects, working closely with areas of expertise and business leaders.
• Lead development of business case requests for new skill/programme/learning services for defined areas.
• Active involvement in evaluation of learning, talent, and skill interventions, working with area of expertise to continually improve and evolve services.
• Track impact learning, talent, skill interventions have on closing organisational capability gaps. Lead interventions to improve/further accelerate progress.
Drive a learning and performance culture
• Take ownership for creating a learning and performance culture that supports individual and organisational performance and growth.
• Lead performance/development cycle for area the market, using outcomes to drive improvement.
Internal and external relationships
• Build strategic partnerships with business and market/functional HR teams to identify business priorities and identify appropriate learning solutions.
• Drive relationships across the Vodafone Learning Organisation Areas of expertise to prioritise and develop programs relevant to the business requirements.
• Develop relationships and partner with HR functions to ensure a holistic approach in the development/delivery of learning, talent and skill solutions to maximise impact of initiatives.
What you need
• Strategic business partnering” skills. Ability to partner with business stakeholders, understand their needs, support their strategy with the right interventions.
• Experienced in leading and developing teams
• Skilled at leading and driving impactful change initiatives across a matrix organisation.
• Proven project management and organisational skills.
• Evidence of effective change management.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and proven ability to understand and effectively handle interpersonal and group dynamics.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including senior leaders, centres of expertise and external partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Budget management skills.
• KPI tracking and impact-driven approach
