What you’ll do

 

  • In this role, you’ll lead the charge in transforming how financial data is analysed, reported, and used to drive strategic decisions.
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and clarity of key metrics and KPIs across the Record-to-Report (RtR) function, delivering insights that influence both local and global finance strategies.
  • You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a robust KPI governance framework, supporting the automation of reporting processes, and integrating advanced analytics tools to elevate our financial operations.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance Transformation, Group Accounting, and CSO—you’ll help implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the overall performance of our finance function.
  • Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and the success of global RtR transformation projects.

Who we are looking for

 

  • Strong expertise in financial processes and accounting standards, with a focus on analytics and reporting
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data using advanced analytics tools
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with digitalisation and automation in financial operations
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, particularly in reporting, analytics, or process improvement
  • Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (a plus)
