What you’ll do

 

  • As a key player in our finance transformation journey, you’ll take ownership of driving continuous improvements across the global Record-to-Report (RTR) process.
  • You’ll lead and support strategic initiatives that harmonise accounting practices across markets, enhance operational efficiency, and embed digital innovation into our core finance operations.
  • Your role will involve shaping and executing the RTR roadmap, supporting certification processes, and helping to maintain a robust Finance Operating Model aligned with global standards.
  • You’ll also contribute to defining and reporting key performance indicators, ensuring compliance and early detection of risks.Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help manage relationships and performance to ensure delivery excellence.
  • This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence the quality, agility, and future-readiness of our finance function.

Who we are looking for

 

  • Deep technical knowledge of financial and accounting processes
    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
    A passion for continuous improvement and adaptability to change
    Demonstrated experience in process automation and digital transformation
    Advanced SAP expertise, including configuration and optimisation
    Proven ability to lead projects in complex, fast-paced environments
    A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
    At least 6 years of experience in finance operations
    Proficiency in IT systems and data analytics tools
    Experience in the telecommunications industry (a plus)
