About this role
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with Vodafone Ireland’s SME Champion Strategy.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least 3x annual sales target.
- Identify and manage customer requirements for proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with Solution Sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver revenue targets.
- Support marketing activities and events to drive engagement.
- Respond to tender requests, coordinate internal stakeholders, and manage procurement processes.
- Quote and negotiate pricing and credit terms, ensuring successful contract completion.
- Report on sales performance and pipeline to the Inside Sales Manager.
- Work on marketing-led initiatives to focus on key growth areas.
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, service-driven industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales and project dynamics.
- Consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure with a dynamic and flexible mindset.
- Exceptional presentation skills and customer service orientation.
