Role Purpose:

The PAYG and Clear Mobile Commercial Lead is responsible for the commercial performance, forecasting & achievement of key market, customer & financial KPIs for PAYG & Clear Mobile Consumer P&Ls.  As commercial P&L owner you will ultimately be responsible for commercial planning & delivery behind all acquisition, retention, trading, pricing & P&L optimisation initiatives that drive sustainable growth & build market share.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Using deep understanding of mobile market and competitive landscape you will devise the detailed annual budget and monitor monthly/quarterly performance against this identifying any challenges and opportunities to hit revenue and growth targets. You will also work with the senior PO, the PO and finance partners to develop the LRP for PAYG & Clear Mobile.  
You will be the main SPOC for weekly trading performance. Getting input from channels and other team members you will identify any issues, deep dive into trends and build weekly trading narrative to inform all key stakeholders of key updates on performance.  

You will own the PAYG A&R budget and give commercial steering on tactical offers including handset strategy, pricing and promotions. 

Working with the propositions team to analyse proposition opportunity and develop detailed business cases to bring to financial partner for approval.  

Commercial SPOC on all commercial partnerships required to deliver the PAYG P&L.

Commercial planning: Owning the commercial performance with strong excel and data modelling skills

Analytical mindset: Using analytics and channel feedback to identify trends and opportunities 

Customer centric: Be customer obsessed using data and analytics, listening to customers and channels to build meaningful propositions to deliver on customer needs

Stakeholder management: Ability to take analysis and summarise it for wider stakeholder group to influence key commercial decisions.
