As a Retail Advisor in our Henry Street store, you’ll be at the heart of Vodafone’s customer experience. You’ll play a vital role in helping our customers stay connected by delivering exceptional service and expert advice on our latest products and services. Every day will bring new opportunities to engage with people, solve problems, and drive sales—whether that’s helping someone choose the right plan, resolving a query, or simply making someone’s day a little easier.

 


You’ll take ownership of your customers’ needs from start to finish, ensuring they leave the store feeling valued and supported. You’ll also contribute to the wider success of your team by sharing knowledge, supporting your colleagues, and living our Vodafone Spirit—being customer obsessed, ambitious, and digitally savvy. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your energy and commitment will be recognised and where you’ll have the chance to grow your skills and career.
