Role Purpose
Role purpose: This role is responsible for driving the development, and execution of the base financial services product portfolio. Lead on understanding market trends, customer demands, and regulatory requirements to shape & drive the product roadmap and lifecycle while working closely with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both customer needs, business goals & foster business growth in a highly regulated industry

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial services base products in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive product innovation through Identifying market gaps, emerging trends, and new customer segments.
- Lead on analysing performance data to inform decision-making, optimize product features, and enhance competitive positioning in the dynamic financial services landscape.
Communicate with leadership and stakeholders to set & execute product strategies that address market opportunities and regulatory

- Strong interpersonal skills, people management and communication skills
- Leadership and change management skills.
- Highly aware of new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Payments Eco system, Fintech market landscape, competitive environment and internal structure/processes.
- Problem solving and crisis management & critical thinking skills to address service challenges and design innovative solutions
