What you’ll do
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate status regularly to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies.Implement quality assurance processes and conduct project audits to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Meeting project timelines
- Timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Mitigate & manage risks accompanied within project implementation
- High-quality project documentation and smooth handover to operations.
- Achievement of strategic goals and quick wins as per company objectives.
- Maintain strong and solid alignment with consumer financial service leads.
- Compliance & regulatory industry requirements
Who you are
- Minimum 3–5 years in banking or financial services
- Proven track record managing core banking system implementations

Experience leading full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Familiarity with regulatory initiatives (e.g., AML/KYC compliance)
- Vendor Management: Experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships.
