What you’ll do

  • Define and articulate key sales challenges and business pains based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Initiate new ideas and initiatives to improve system performance, enhance business growth, and increase market penetration.
  • Champion and drive the automation of business and sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and market penetration, ensuring the product roadmap supports these goals.
  • Lead the enhancement of sales processes and operations by designing and prioritizing features that streamline workflows and improve the user experience.
  • Work closely with technical teams, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of product vision and deliverables.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

Who you are

  • 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in the Telecom industry

  • Excellent knowledge of technical designs and systems, and an ability to translate technical complexities into clear business requirements.

  • Strong understanding of business offers, different products, and various processes within the telecommunications industry.

  •  Proficiency with reporting and analytical tools to define challenges, measure performance, and guide decision-making.

  • Ability to manage project deliverables E2E according to project plan.

  • Excellent knowledge of technical designs and systems, along with the ability to translate these into business requirements.

  • A strong understanding of business offers, various products, and different processes within the telecommunications industry.

  • Proficiency with reporting and analytical tools to define challenges and measure performance.
