What you’ll do
- Support in formulating & executing Vodafone Egypt's business strategy in coordination with Vodacom overall strategy.
- Ensure the departmental goals & activities are aligned with Vodafone strategy & goals while continuously tracking & monitoring the functional targets to ensure timely execution of strategic plans & resolve any execution challenges.
- Help communicate key strategic updates from Vodacom to local teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Works closely with other business units’ sub-function by sharing knowledge on comprehensive benchmark studies and market research.
- Prepare regular updates for senior leadership on the status of strategic initiatives & prepare reports on strategic programs and initiatives, tracking milestones and outcomes.
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in one of the following (Strategy Consulting, Commercial, Finance, in technology or Telecoms sector)
- Good strategic insights and program management experience in highly sophisticated cross functional environment
- Commercially driven, able to rationalize strategies into deliverable, operational business plans
- High level analytical thinker - Experience of Strategy Execution to deliver Strategies within blue chip organizations/consultancies.
- Excellent analytical & presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage & deliver cross functional End to End strategic programs and initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder & relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrable ability to manage ambiguity and simplify complex situations.
