What you’ll do
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing region that includes both Vodafone Direct (Red) stores and Franchise Partner locations. This role requires a strategic leader who achieves success through building strong relationships, inspiring teams, and driving results through influence.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experience, driving commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores in your region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and coaching company owned store teams in addition to owning the Franchise Partner relationship- always leading by example and championing our Vodafone values.
