Retail Territory Manager - South

Location: Field Based – South of England
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do

You will lead a team of 4 Regional Managers and be responsible for the commercial performance, customer experience and people engagement across all Vodafone stores in the South of England, both owned and franchised (100+ stores, up to 40 Franchise Partners). 
 
You will collaborate with HQ, and supporting the UK Retail Lead, you will work to review and improve the franchise programme to ensure a leading customer and colleague proposition.
 
As a Brand Custodian, you will safeguard the Vodafone brand and uphold customer service standards. Additionally, you will promote development and encourage cross-functional collaboration within your region, working closely with both direct reports and franchisees
 
Finally, you will relish in supporting and coaching talent as you work across a diverse and inclusive team. The role is fast paced, demanding and requires a great deal of tenacity. However, it is rewarding, fulfilling and will offer an opportunity to harness many skills. Put simply, there has never been a more exciting time to join Vodafone Retail!

 

Who you are

•    You have a relentless focus on the customer. 
•    You have experience leading, coaching, and driving high-performance across retail teams to deliver against KPIs such as revenue and NPS.
•    You have in-depth knowledge and experience of retail and partner/franchise programmes. 
•    You are commercially minded with a data-driven approach. 
•    You have a track record of navigating complex internal stakeholder groups to deliver against a strategy.
