Role Purpose

To ensure that SME/SOHO Acquisition channel is meeting  customer excellence standards while Create a visible step change versus our competition to gain market share 

Job Profile

  • Manage team up to 8 outsourced agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets
  • Managing and distribution sales according to territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY
  •  Manage Stakeholder at any assigned task or project & spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams
  • Minimizing and resolving complaints while train 93% quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network also training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital #1 strategy
  • #1 NPS with our #1 acquisitions experience on individual account basis
  • Setting and managing sales & customer standards in channel as the 1st customer touch point.
  • Interact with all VBU department to check best practises & check it’s doability to enhance CE & sales 
  • Enhance CE, selling of solution products & quality
  • Closing Gaps in strategic solution products to enhance the experience and sales.
  • Work closely with channel process, communication and training team to enhance level of information delivered to agents
  • Finding work around solutions to enhance sales and creating propositions with both operations team and segments to improve sales and experience
