Role Purpose
Job Profile
- Manage a team of up to 15 outsourced sales agents to achieve key targets, including net additions, voice points, solutions, and accounts.
- Plan and distribute sales activities across territories to maximize opportunities, grow market share, and increase year-on-year sales.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Marketing, Activation, and project owners) to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Encourage innovation within the team by identifying and supporting new ideas that improve performance.
- Reduce and resolve customer complaints while maintaining high sales quality standards (93% by Month 3, 85% by Month 6, and keeping “no network” cases below 7%).
- Train and develop the team to represent Vodafone effectively and support the Digital #1 strategy.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to achieve top Net Promoter Score (NPS) for acquired accounts.

- Full awareness about retail structure and related functions.
- Results oriented, self-disciplined and organized.
- Fluent spoken & written English language.
