Role Purpose
Business Complexes Sales Executive manages the acquisitions and development of Gated Communities business complexes to increase sales volume, achieve the business objectives and revenue targets as well as expanding Vodafone’s footprint in the market in alignment with the overall company strategy.
Job Profile
- Drive sales growth and achieving sales targets of new Business/Commercial projects acquisition.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling fixed connectivity services.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan (Acquisition, Sales Volume & Revenues) that expands company’s market share and customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships customers:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to business complexes.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with the real estate market leaders to maximize the company benefit and increase the business complexes market share.
- Maintain a robust pipeline to identify bottlenecks and ensure continuous growth.
- Identify potential areas and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and market analysis.
- Work with the marketing and budgeting teams on the projects’ business cases of different propositions to ensure maintaining the targeted profitability & ROI.
Comptencies & Qualifications
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or any relevant field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong understanding of triple play & gated communities’ ecosystem
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Capability of setting a clear sales strategy in line with company objectives
- Proficient in tech solutions sales.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of relevant top-notch technologies to develop an unrivaled value proposition.
