Role Purpose

Overlooking Base across SME & SOHO & Public sector segments to develop strategy and make sure it is implemented across the segment while providing the best customer experience and making sure that the strategy is aligned with VF digital transformation vision  

Job Profile

  • Developing base strategy for digital transformation for SME & SOHO & Public sector Segment
  • Develop a solid understanding of base accounts needs and triggers throughout life cycle
  • Responsible for growing subscribers and revenues from Enterprise base accounts through developing propositions that target our existing account base aiming to increase penetration, market share and revenues
  • Develop post assessment analysis to measure the impact of the proposition on segments KPIs.
  • Provide key assumptions for the detailed budget on all KPIs based on analysis results & achieving the budget.
